Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. Three (3) years prior experience as a General Manager in a fine dining, high volume restaurant.

2. Knowledge and ability to efficiently control costs and generate programs for increasing revenues.

3. Proven experience with recruitment, hiring, staff development, and team building.

4. Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and/or ordinances as they relate to all areas of restaurant business.

4. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

5. Positive attitude, self-motivated, energetic and a willing learner.

5. Strong knowledge of industry products and trends.

6. Ability to read and write English proficiently.

7. Physically able to work, walk and stand on various surfaces for an extended period of time.
