ASST. MANAGER $12hr/plus incentives
-lead cashier, Front of House Management, Meeting Guests needs, introducing new products, Assist with Staff Meetings, Organize store needs with other managers and leaders.

KITCHEN MANAGER $10hr./plus incentives
-Food ordering, Inventory, Organizing Prep, etc.

SHIFT LEADER $8.50/hr to start($9 after 90 day probation, Sales Incentives)
-delegating tasks to cashiers, smoothie makers and food makers.

CATERING ASSISTANT $8/hr. start($9 after 90 day probation, Tips and Sales Incentives)

EXPERIENCED COLD CALLER $10hr./plus incentives
-over 2 years experience in cold calling/tele-marketing.

Below is a general guide of day to day duties that will be required of all the positions listed above except the catering & cold caller position.

Cashiering duties:
Handling of simple money transactions
Take Here, To Go, and Call In Orders
Greet Guests upon Entry
Knowledgeable about the product. Food, Smoothies, Supplements, Juices, Soups, Salads, etc.
Must have an upbeat personality and be able to deal with the public
Full Understanding of POS system. How to reboot system if the system goes down.
Be able to help cashiers with mistakes and POS problems
Lots and lots of smiling
Smoothie Duties:
Making of Smoothies, Juices
Blending of Smoothies, Juicing
Prepping all Liquids, Fruits
Stocking of all fruits, liquids, supplements, cups, lids, wheatgrass
Maintenance of Pumps, Blenders, Wheatgrass Machine, Vegetable Juicer, and Ticket Printer
Must have the ability to work fast with minimal to no mistakes
Lots of lots of cleaning
Food Line Duties
Making of Sandwiches, Wraps, Soups and Salads
Prepping of all meats, cheeses, vegetables, bread, soups
Proper Temperature Holding for all Ingredients
First in First Out
Must have the abilitiy to read multiple orders and make food correctly and rapidly
Lots and lots of cleaning
Multi-tasking skills .
Oversight of prepping, stocking, and cleaning

CATERING ASSISTANT
Basic Phone, Fax and Computer Skills
Upbeat personality
Previous Sales Experience a Must.
Ability to work with the public.
Must have own vehicle
Bring samples to potential clients
Delivering of Catering Orders
Working Tropical Smoothie Special Events and Fundraisers
