Treasure Island Hotel & Casino is seeking applicants for the position of Sushi Chef - Khotan Pan-Asian Restaurant.

It is the primary responsibility of the Sushi Chef - Khotan to assist the Executive Chef with the coordination and preparation of current menu items using specialized cooking techniques. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Treasure Island practices, and procedures.

2+ years experience with Japanese Cook or Sushi Cook required. 2+ years experience as a supervisor preferred. Possess a full knife set and advanced knife skills (cut, dice, mince and slice), extensive knowledge of product and presentation, extensive knowledge of large production kitchen equipment. Basic mathematical skills. Mandatory testing on restaurant menu knowledge (Information will be provided). Ability to obtain a valid Health Card. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written forms. Professional appearance and demeanor a must. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
