The Shift Leader is responsible for the profitability and overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin Donuts’ operational standards in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. A majority of time is spent leading the team to meet Guest expectations, being alert to the Drive Thru needs , training new crew members, and maintaining the calibration of coffee equipment to serve our Great coffee products. The Shift Leader is also expected to maintain our company’s standard of excellence in the Quality , Service, and Cleanliness of our stores. Making deposits and going to the bank is part of the daily routine of being a shift leader.Knowledge of Quick serve / fast food business, supervisory practices and valid drivers license preferred.
