Responsible to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Rewards Program Manager, Planet Hollywood International, Inc. (PHII) in the Corporate office in Orlando, Florida for the day to day operations for promoting Planet Hollywood Rewards Visa® credit card program (PHCC program) at the Las Vegas Planet Hollywood Restaurant & Bar located in Forum Shops.

This position is responsible for direct interaction with PH R&B consumers while securing applications and establish a customer base for the PHCC program.

This position is responsible for the proper acquisition and handling of credit applications from the guest/consumer to U.S. Bank. The representative must demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to influence, inform and solicit guests to apply for the PHCC as well as work with existing partners/participating merchants and resort personnel for the proper administration of the program.

This position is specifically knowledgeable on the PHCC program benefits and is responsible for maintaining standards of program operation in the areas of:

I. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Provide quality service through detailed PHCC program implementation, promotion and operation;

2. Familiarity with Cardmember Services available and contacts at U.S. Bank (Cardmember Services, Rewards Center, etc)

3. Oversee day-to-day promotion and execution of PH CC program

a. Application Handling/Processing

Oversight of all customer/guest application handling processes from the guest/applicant to U.S. Bank

b. Knowledge of Application Methods, Enrollment Bonuses & Best Practices & Tips

Gathering of information, verification processes, protection of guest information, proper submission of applications, building customer awareness, proper usage of existing program materials, etc.

c. On-Site & Off-Site Solicitation

Promotion of PHCC Program at Special Events.

II. KNOWLEDGE OF AND ADHERENCE TO ALL POLICES AND PROCEDURES, INCLUDING STANDARD PHCC PROGRAM PROCEDURES, USE OF STANDARD COMPANY & PROGRAM FORMS AND MATERIALS.

III. PROMOTION RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Work with PH R&B Team/Staff to promote the credit card program and incentivize guests to apply for the PH Rewards Visa credit card for PHII;

1. Maintain contact with PHII staff /personnel as necessary.

2. Report to Rewards Program Manager (PHII) on daily and weekly application volume and goals.

3. Work closely with the Rewards Program Manager and ensure all aspects of program operations are properly implemented as per the program guidelines.

IV. CUSTOMER SERVICE

A. Service resort guests’ needs including:

1. Respond to staff and customer inquiries promptly.

2. If another department should be contacted for additional assistance for a customer, then refer guests to the appropriate area or associate accordingly and as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS;

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; and some college preferred.

• Sales experience preferred, but not required.

• Vibrant and positive personality a must.

• Excellent written verbal communication and organizational skills.

• Financial/credit industry knowledge a plus.

• Bilingual ability a plus, but not required.

• Public speaking skills and experience a plus.

• Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends.

• Ability to work with limited supervision

• Current and valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation necessary
