Lettuce entertain who Richard Mehlman founder of LEYE once said my success is due to my people. However in Vegas El Segundo Sol that doesn’t apply. His employees of 2 to 6 years have to reapply for his new restaurant how does that seem fair we put in our years of service to Mr. Mehlman that he pays us by doing this , even the general manager was replaced by a new general manager outside of the LEYE stores. Apparently there’s no one good enough in the 121+ units or Vegas market to meet that criteria shame on you Richard Mehlman for letting your top brass ruin your reputation and 30+ years of your hard work what a shame !!!
