You’ve posted this ad several times before and something always puzzles me. Why do you say "must have previous Quiznos experiences" (what, one experience isn’t enough?) and they you say that Quiznos experience is preferred?

Which one is it? Must or preferred? Two totally different things. Do you really expect a past Quiznos employee who most likely has moved on to a better paying job to return to fast food?
