These(people)are hateful and greedy at light group- they are mean people power hungry and self hating will yell ,scream and intimidate you multiple times a night in front of other staff and customers and each other.in the beginning they will promise the world and HIJACK your tip money and you will not see it again in every department from waitresses, host , bartenders ,busser ,security. There corporate philosophy ( you work hard, but it’s our money) YOU WILL GO HOME STRESSED,CONFUSED,TIRED AND WITH NO MONEY AND WITH EVERY DAY THEY WILL DEMAND MORE AND GIVE YOU LESS!!! it’s a tough economy but almost anything is better than taking a beating physically,mentally for little money it is called making a living ,then I will stay poor with my self esteem and dignity!!! BEWARE IF TAKING A JOB THERE .
