Looking for PT kitchen help/cook with knowledge in Italian cuisine.

* MUST BE A MULTI-TASKER AND HANDS ON INDIVIDUAL! Duties to include but not limited to the following: Line/ prep cook, clean all aspects of kitchens/dining room, have working knowledge of kitchen equipment, knowledge of weights,measures, various cooking techniques, & experienced knife skills.

* Applicant must have ALL current health cards and reliable transportation.
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with Chefs/staff and work well with others.
* Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
