Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Las Vegas, NV

The Graphics Production Supervisor is responsible for the production and quality assurance of department generated graphics deliverables to meet defined specifications as required by released work orders and other authorizing documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts, Business Administration, Management, Operations Management or an Engineering discipline is desirable.

Experience:
Minimum two (2) years experience in a manufactured products environment. At least two (2) years management experience is desirable. Previous experience in specific job discipline is desirable. Previous experience in a graphics production environment is essential. Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Lambda and Xeikon digital processing equipment is preferred.

Skills, knowledge, and qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field.
- Computer literacy using database system platform applications and Microsoft applications.
- Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must possess a multi task work style and handle job related deadlines.
- Must be able to occasionally tolerate moderate to high stress levels.
- Must be a self -starter and require minimum supervision.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must have strong communication skills, able to work independently and be team oriented.

This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
- Assigned duties are accomplished primarily in an office/production setting. Must be able to maneuver around an office/production setting, work at a desk/work station and respond to written and oral cues.
- Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office/production equipment.
- May be required to bend, reach and lift up to 25 lbs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages graphics production and quality assurance processes to produce required deliverables.
- Manages raw material and supplies inventory levels to meet production demand forecasts.
- Manages cost controls within the limits of approved budgets.
- Manages required documentation records.
- Manages people and equipment resources to meet required output volume levels.
- Manages and prioritizes open order queue and associated schedules.
- Develops and maintains department procedures and policies.
- Interacts with various functional departments within the company to ensure internal customers receive required information and solicits information needed from internal suppliers to ensure data requirement needs are satisfied in order to perform assigned functions.
- Develops appropriate policies and procedures related to the execution of departmental responsibilities. Responsible for the training of assigned subordinates.
- Provides senior management with reports and other information through various communication vehicles, which relate to assigned duties.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Aristocrat Technology, Inc.’s policies and applicable laws.
- Other duties as assigned.

Managers / Supervisors /Team Leaders must:

- Ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees, visitors and contractors within your area of control.
- Ensure all relevant sections of the Health and Safety Management plan are implemented and understood.
- Assess, review the effectiveness and consult with their team on any proposed changes of the OSHA Management System and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure accident / incident investigations are conducted to determine their causes and take appropriate corrective action as required.
- Ensure injured workers are rehabilitated and an early return to the workplace is achieved.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislative requirements.
