Position Overview:

The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional food and beverage service to Trump Int’l Hotel & Tower Las Vegas guests within all Food and Beverage areas throughout the property. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Trump Int’l Hotel & Tower Las Vegas policies, practices and procedures.

Qualifications and Physical/Mental Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age, proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States, High School diploma or equivalent, ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English; both in oral and written form, interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Trump Int’l Hotel & Tower Las Vegas appearance standards, maintain consistent adherence to the Trump Int’l Hotel & Tower Las Vegas service standards, work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Specific Position Requirements:
Available on all shifts as needed. Speak, read and write English clearly. Excellent professional presentation and grooming. Minimum 2 years of service experience in a four or five star hotel, restaurant or related hospitality area. Basic understanding of food and beverage service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.. Ability to work cohesively with other Associates. Physical ability to access all areas of the property. Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction, work indoors and outdoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to CRT fatigue, noise, and dust. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment and maintain physical stamina, proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, associates, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
