Established Local’s Restaurant seeks qualified applicant with 2 years experience preparing Fresh American Cuisine. Prepare and plate prime meats, fresh fish, poultry. Duties include Prep, set-up, and breakdown of station. Full knowledge of Health Department standards. Assisting in the closing and cleaning duties nightly.
Organized team player with good verbal communication skills. Bi-lingual a plus. Must be able, willing and committed to work a Five Day SET schedule with all Sundays and most Mondays off. Able to work 3:00 pm until closing Tuesday thru Saturday Evenings. This schedule is non-negotiable. Most Holidays off.
Must pass drug test.
