JOB SUMMARY
Manages and directs all aspects of the Food and Beverage Operation. Ensures
quality service and product delivered to guest’s satisfaction. Plans, reports,
oversees and makes decisions on functional issues. Maintains sanitation and
quality standards of operation. Promotes and markets operation. Interviews,
trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates Team Members.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 to 5 years previous supervisory and managment experience in food &
beverage operations. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to
include holidays and weekends.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
4 year college degree in related field preferred! Previous experience working
directly for a food & beverage, retail operations with a three plus diamond
status preferred.
