Ideal candidates will have 2+ years fine dining experience as a server. Must be accustom to high volume, fast pace environment and be able perform well under extreme pressure. Looking for individuals who are graceful in the dining room, exercise superb customer service, and have a passion for food and beverage. Extensive wine and sake knowledge a must! Japanese cuisine familiarity a plus. Ability to work well with others a must and positive, upbeat attitude necessary.
