Here is the deal because I seem to be getting the wrong people applying for this job. I am looking for a cook for my pizza joint. We do really good business so we can pay fairly, $25,000 a year to start. However, I don’t need someone who is looking for fine dining experience, or isn’t ready for tough work and 50+ hours a week. I need a guy who will work hard. You will need to be able to keep up with all the prep work (deli salads, chicken cutlets, eggplant cutlets, meatballs, lasagna, sausage peppers and onions and a lot more) and still make a chicken picata or marsala quickly. You also need to be willing to get on your hands and knee’s and scrub the floors or wash dishes and make sure that the kitchen is kept well. I need a hard worker who can handle the job and really understands what I am looking for. Please send a resume or an email describing your experience.
