Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Summary:
Supervise the functions of the housekeeping department including quality assurance inspections.
Essential Functions:
• Inspect guest units and common areas and ensure completion of any necessary corrections.
• Maintain proper inventory and security of housekeeping supplies.
• Effectively handle guest issues.
• Conduct coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action.
• Create and maintain proper scheduling of employees.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train new employees.
• Appropriately document accidents and incidents.
• Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.
Job Specifications:
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
• Basic math skills.
• Must have at least 6 months supervisory experience and 1 year of housekeeping experience.
• Must have professional appearance.
