Hotel Restaurant Manager (Southern California)
HOTEL RESTAURANT MANAGER:
Now seeking an experienced restaurant manager for 3-meal restaurant located within a hotel in Southern California. Ideal candidate will have solid restaurant management experience as well as knowledge of hotel service standards and operations.
Technical Requirements:
Oversee all phases of outlet operations.
Strong track record maintaining consistent standards.
Excellent track record continually training staff.
Closely monitor guests’ dining experiences.
Run energetic, informative daily lineups.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards.
Maintain a strong presence on the floor.
Managerial Requirements:
Ability to sell concepts and ideas to management, peers, and employees.
Demonstrate team building experience.
Demonstrate ability to lead by example.
Build morale and spirit.
Experience communicating, training, and managing multi-lingual staff.
Experience training and cross-training employees.
Instill a guest service attitude in all employees.
Previous managerial experience in restaurant establishments with a strong knowledge of bar operations is required.
