Ceasars Palace is a World Renowed, Luxury Hotel and Casino that is attentive to the guest’s every need. Augustus Cafe is looking for a Graveyard Assistant Manager that will exemplify and reflect these qualities.

NON-PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School graduation or equivalent.
2. Three years Food and Beverage experience in major hotel or high-volume restaurant operation.
3. Three years supervisory experience.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Knowledge in the use of personal computers.

PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Ability to move throughout the restaurant in order to maintain control of all situations.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
1. Assign work stations to employees prior to shift.
2. Attend grievance hearings when involved in the grieved incidents.
3. Run pre-shift meetings for his/her shift.
4. Observe employees to insure all duties required are carried out according to departmental specifications.
5. Keep track of employee attendance for shift (i.e., absenteeism, tardiness, etc.) and reports the information to Manager.

OTHER DUTIES:
1. Accommodate guest complaints and requests.
2. Verify validity of complimentary slips.
3. Resolve employee conflicts.
4. Design special promotions when requested.
5. Make adjustments on Food and Beverage checks when situation warrants.
6. Additional related duties as requested by the food and beverage management
