Thomas Keller’s BOUCHON Bistro is seeking qualified candidates for the position of General Manager for our Beverly Hills location. Ideal candidate will have 5 plus years restaurant management experience - fine dining experience preferred. Candidate must be organized, possess strong written and communication skills, have the ability to multi-task and attention to detail in a high volume restaurant along with strong motivational and developmental skills. Candidate must have prior knowledge of Food and Beverage cost control and labor management. MICROS knowledge preferred but not required. Candidate must be willing to relocate to California.
