*A highly respected well managed and successful four star **** gourmet restaurant is seeking a qualified Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager / Wine Manager
*Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2-5 years management experience in casual, upscale, or fine dining restaurant environments.
*Candidates must be committed to providing a high quality food and service experience to their guests.
*Qualified candidates must have a knowledge, appreciation and passion for quality food and wine.
*Qualified candidates should understand all aspects of restaurant operations, management and administration including P&L management, guest relations, hiring, training, scheduling, cost control systems, safety, sanitation and health code laws.
*Candidates must have essential knowledge of BOH restaurant operations.
*Candidates must demonstrate a track record of achievement, contribution and success in improving restaurant operations, efficiency and profitability.
*Qualified candidates should have strong leadership skills.
*Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Qualified candidates must be hands-on managers and lead by setting a positive example.
