Investor seeks head chef with experience in menu development, budgeting, hiring and training of kitchen staff to help open mid-sized modern/chic restaurant in Salt Lake/Utah County (most likely Provo UT). Seeking a chef with background in New American style food that can create a bistro-style menu that is medium price-point. Job responsibilities would be as follows:

Create and modify menu as needed (preferably a seasonal menu) to fit projected price points and clientele demographics
Budget and cost out all menu items appropriately
Seek local suppliers when possible as well as best-value suppliers
Hire, train, and supervise all back-of-house staff while meeting labor cost budgets.
Develop systems for food prep, lunch and dinner service, and maintenance and cleaning of kitchen.
