Director of Housekeeping (NV-las vegas)
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must have at least five (5) years of Housekeeping Management experience in a mega-hotel/resort, preferably in managing the high volume of business associated with an award-winning destination resort with affluent clientele.
-College degree in Hotel Management preferred.
-Required to have experience with Collective Bargaining Agreement and articles directly relating to Housekeeping.
-Must have the ability to lead a workforce of over 1,000 employees.
-Must have well developed interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Must be able to analyze budgets, overtime reports, staffing reports and financial reports.
-Must be able to develop and present department action plans.
Note: Position reports to Executive Director of Hotel Services (who reports to Vice-President of Hotel Operations).
