Treasure Island Hotel & Casino is seeking applicants for the position of Cook - Khotan Pan-Asian Restaurant.

It is the primary responsibility of the Cook – Khotan to prepare hot food items according to the recipe standards and customer requests while ensuring preparation and service are of the highest possible quality in a timely manner. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.

Minimum one year high-volume cooking / fine dining experience preferred. Must be capable of following directions. Possess good recall and memory. Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms. Must have knowledge of kitchen equipment and good knife skills. Professional appearance and demeanor a must. Mandatory testing on restaurant menu knowledge (Information will be provided).
