and an EXPERIENCED FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

We are seeking high-energy hospitality professionals to add to the culinary talents of this local fine dining restaurant.
- We specialize in Authentic Italian Cuisine homemade on premise.
- 2 years previous salaried management experience in a chef or manager capacity is required.
- Chef candidates must be able to work all kitchen station job functions and possess the ability to teach this to hourly employees. A thorough understanding of the day-to-day kitchen systems and follow-up is imperative.
- Candidates must have a high sense of quality while understanding this is the most important thing we deliver.
- Previous corporate experience is a plus, including experience with corporate financial cost systems.
- Preferable candidates will have union experience.
