BBQ Chef (Las Vegas)
New Pit BBQ restaurant is now hiring Full-Time Pit Master-Chef with 5 years experience. The restaurant will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Chef should be highly skilled in BBQ cooking and also in all other aspects of interantional cooking.
The person will be responsible for the menu planning, cost control, scheduling and kitchen management, overseeing all activity in the kitchen to ensure not only efficiency, but safety as well, ensures all products needed for the daily duties are provided.
He/She also should maintain high food quality and consistency, coordinate the kitchen activities ensuring efficient operation and a minimum wastage.
We also would like Him/Her to provide good training for the entire staff before the Opening.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.· Specialized culinary training preferred.
