The Bartender Model – Tryst/XS is responsible for providing five star customer service to our guests. Must have a strong knowledge of mixology, as well as in depth product knowledge in spirits, beers and specialty cocktails. Responsible for maintaining bar area according to Health Code requirements. The Bartender Model – Tryst/XS participates in in-house modeling programs, special casino events, Banquet Service functions, and performs model/presenter tasks at Wynn Las Vegas events. Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers. Candidates must have successfully completed the Bartender Union’s craft exam and currently have a pour card. Must be over 21 years of age. Required to pour accurate free pour and measured shots consistently with each hand.
