Treasure Island Hotel & Casino is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Restaurant Room Chef - Khotan Pan-Asian Restaurant.

It is the primary responsibility of the Assistant Restaurant Room Chef – Khotan to assist in overseeing food preparation and kitchen service in Restaurant. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.

Minimum of 1 year experience in related culinary field required. Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef experience required. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written forms. Math and computer skills necessary. Knowledge of kitchen equipment and knife skills required. Must have perfected basic cooking techniques. Must have high volume experience. Professional appearance and demeanor a must. Mandatory testing on restaurant menu knowledge (Information will be provided).
