Treasure Island Hotel & Casino is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Manager - Khotan Pan-Asian Restaurant.

It is the primary responsibility of the Assistant Manager – Khotan to assist in the management of the restaurant operation. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.

Two years prior high-volume, fine dining Assistant Manager or Supervisory restaurant experience preferred. Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms. Must possess basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access. College degree preferred.
